Joël PALOUS
Joel Palous is an influential London-based vineyard strategist and negotiator, and helps vineyard owners realize their dreams.
Born in 1969 in Rodez, France, Joel Palous acquired his expertise in wine at the Sommelier School in Nimes. He works in renowned gastronomy establishments in Paris and London.
After graduating with a Masters in Finance and International Enterprise in London, he created WAV to combine his business talent with his former experience in winemaking and his passion for wine.
Joel Palous has several activities of its own in France and UK, including the WAVE distribution network, AIM Vineyards property negotiation, and AIM IP project development.
In 1997, Joel Palous started Wines and Vineyards, which later became AIM Vineyards. With over 40 vineyard transactions and project developments, he has developed a high profile in the vineyard and wine industry.
Joel assists his clients to develop, sell or buy vineyards. He advises over 70 foreign investors regarding acquisition of vineyards across France, Spain, Italy, South Africa and California.
